I now leave regular comments on the GoPro social media posts, social media teams reply claiming to promise to resolve issues but end up proving the point when they are unable to supply the spec quoted on all marketing releases. I think on purpose to run out of returning product window before you realise their support is terrible, leaving you with an action camera that has no better support than a similar unbranded product with zero aftercare at a fraction of the price.

Their subscription service is a yearly renewing service which they fail to honour their own European terms and conditions around providing a refund within x days. Or Call back which has a 20% success rate in them actually returning a call, days later. GoPro customer service is terrible (or at least was) they didn't offer any live support only Chat which took 2 days before a reply received. It also adds default kitsch effects and music that you always have to struggle to remove. Connections issues, import export, can't remove GoPro logos, slow and very counter intuitive. It is an insult to everyone who gets their products. My Xiaomi phone that costs less than the GoPro has more resistant display.They've removed the outer case so now if you brake the mounting mechanism you'll just have to get a new one.Also the worst part of the GoPro experience is the mobile app. Also it's made out of the most brittle glass I've encountered on touchscreen devices so far. But the touchscreen is terrible and you always push the wrong buttons. With back and front display and the back display is quite big which is nice. I've had several gopros along the years.My favourite ones were the session ones as they were quite compact.Well the 9 version is quite huge.
